"There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see."

"Spacious and well decorated room with pretty wooden furnishings, large covered balcony, extensive sea view and good pool. Checking in and out were smooth and staff very accommodating. Ample secure parking provided but quite an inconvenient location with few amenities, shops or restaurants nearby. Would happily stay again and highly recommend as a more budget-friendly option."

"Great property with equally spectacular views of the ocean, golf course and mountains! Rooms are spacious and well-appointed! Dining options are abundant - from an informal pool side cafe to a fancy, multi course dinner tasting menu! Lots of places to lounge - poolside or to stare off at the views. Check-in process was a tad long for my taste but overall a 9.9!!"

"Room was very nice with balcony. Cleaned twice daily. Change of towels and replenishment daily. Chocolate gift box every evening was a nice touch. Staff very helpful. Lovely breakfast, but would have liked more vegetarian options. Several restaurants on site and several others closeby. Shuttle bus to and from town centre and beach front. The spa section is massive and apparently the largest and best in Europe. Both indoor and outdoor pools and Jacuzzis. Lovely grounds. Just a word of caution,...

"This hotel is perfectly positioned in PDLC near to amenities & the centre of town. Stunning views to Teide. Also it’s right next to the bus station which makes it easy to get around the island. The staff here are very friendly & helpful & always take the time to chat to you - their language skills are excellent.
