After a long flight, being able to get into our room early was such a blessing, and we were very grateful for their kindness. The room was basic but had everything we needed. We've always had positive experiences there, which is why we decided to book a balcony room for the first time during our most recent 4-night stay. We were very excited about having a balcony, but when we arrived, we were assigned a corner room with a limited view. The room felt smaller than expected, and the drapes were partially falling down, which was disappointing....
