"Location is 5-star and only surpassed by how attentive and kind the staff are. The room is left, A/C works beautifully as does the shower, sink, etc. Great water pressure!! However, I did find a small ball of the previous guests’ hair in the shower floor, which was cleaned when housekeeping came in the room. The towels are great and big but have holes in them, which as a dude traveling solo I didn’t mind but I know my wife would have. Great Location comes at the cost of the street outside...

We wish the complementary breakfast had more varieties and have more protein based options like boiled egg, scrabbled eggs etc. we stayed for 5 nights and we got bored of eating same breakfast after our 3rd days. Also I wish they had hand soap or bars. It was inconvenient to wash hands just with shower gels since they are not exactly the same. Otherwise we loved our stay! We will definitely book again if travel México city again."

"My family and I had a great stay here. The property manager who greeted us upon check in was kind as well as the security guard. Location was perfect, right in the center of where you want to be. Other reviews mentioned construction noise next door, it didn’t bother us at all. Actually only noticed it when leaving the property and couldn’t really hear anything in our room."
