"When I arrived in the hotel the AC was on but It was not working.I tried to get in contact with the hotel number and staff and no one answered.I also left a message to see if anyone could help me ot even change room since it was very hot and nothing.My wife and I was very disappointed and we sleeped in a very hot room after a long trip.I would not recommend people to stay in the hotel since no one was helpful.All the numbers and yet no response to get a better service.I will not come back.The bathroom was not private as it stated on the app when I reserved it.I felt I was not getting what I searched for."

"My son and I had an excellent stay at the hotel!. It is only blocks away from the beach and walkable to many of the places that was on my list to visit. Conveniently accessible to Old San Juan via uber (under $10). I would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the location is close to everything. The only thing they should improve is the cleanliness in the pool area; there were plastic cups in the pool, and the floor where the sun loungers are located had mud between the bricks."

"The view was by far the best of it all. Absolutely beautiful. Definitely should have a microwave in every room. Would be better with another chair or recliner chair. Definitely need to update the tv to a smart tv. Overall all staff were excellent with everything. Thank you. God bless 🙌 "
