"The BEST place to stay before going on a Disney cruise at Port Canaveral. They have a very organized system which is easy to follow even if it is your first time at everything, especially with little kids. "Do not recommend this place AT ALL! First of all, the elevator is old and incredibly slow. Second, soon as you walk off the elevator for the 4th floor you see “vending and ice”, but neither of them in that room. Instead, you see a gaping hole in the floor and then towels and sheets piled into the corner of that area. Literally just piled onto the ground. Then, the toilet was not working in the room. I have two small kids, so we put in a maintenance request for them to fix it and over an hour...

"2nd visit! Loved our suite! We were able to get accommodated to a top floor in building 18.
