"I used to stay in this hotel in the past. I like the hotel. But this time, I had a bad experience. After I drove for few hrs under the rain we got to the hotel. Really tired. We checked in, we reserved a room with a king bed, but a room with two bed was given by the front desk staff. Then she told us our room is on the second floor but the elevador was not working. I asked if we can have a room on the first floor she said not is full. I was very upset but I tried to be nice, but was really hard...

"No soap in shower dispensers as well the property has paper thin walls where you can completely hear other people’s conversation."

"The room was spectacular - I stayed in the Parlor room on the 12th floor. I had a view of Comerica Park and Ford Field. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the restaurants were all amazing (I visited all three). I would highly recommend this hotel! The only downside is there was not a fridge in my room, but it was not advertised that there was one. Just keep this is mind."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Radisson Hotels. There were ants in the room, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Additionally, the blinds were broken, making the stay even more uncomfortable. I expected much better standards from a brand like Radisson, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet basic expectations."
