"room was not as clean as I would have liked it. floor was sticky and there was a mold spot on the bathroom ceiling, beach is great and the fire pit next door was good, staff was very friendly. did not like the door set up as we had to walk around the building to enter our room but it had two sliding doors to the parking lot. "Our room did not have an ocean view, but we still loved it! Very spacious for six of us. Quick walk to the indoor pool, and down to the beach if we wanted. "

"There was no one in the office and the office was locked when I got there. I had to call a number and wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. There was a pass code you had to press into the doorknob to unlock the door. The code was the room number three times (room 23, unlock code 232323) and no dead bolt. Poor security. The furniture was old and mismatched and the room smelled very moldy. There was no cable television, you had to use your own logins for streaming apps to watch tv. There was no “do not disturb” sign. Check out was at 11 yet they knocked on my door and woke me up at 8:30. I would never stay there again and I would actively advise others not to either. "

"Very clean. Staff was awesome. I dropped my phone in the snow. We had a major snowstorm and the staff was so good helping me find it. They even cleaned off my car during the night and plowed me out. It is a great place to stay."

"We really enjoyed this stay! We liked the area and it was walkable to some restaurants, bars and the beach! It is right down the street from a small, private beach and longer ways to a more public, larger beach. The staff were very friendly, place was maintained and clean- not super updated but not in bad condition! We would definitely plan to stay again! "

"I was in town for a wedding & we couldn’t have picked a better place. The cutest area with tons of history & the nicest owners you could ever meet. They were so kind & helpful. the room was exceptionally clean & was tucked above the tavern. I wish we got to try their restaurant but we will definitely be back! "

"I arrived in the room and the heat was not working. The office is not staffed overnight at this time of the year, so I had to reach out to the emergency line. After several phone calls, a space heater was brought to the room. That device was 1) not going to heat the room thoroughly and 2) was not safe to be running in a room overnight- especially a room with a child in it. It took over a dozen phone calls to get moved to a new room and that was not until almost 11 PM. I would NOT recommend this hotel. Their customer service was not good and the fact that they thought it was ok to run a space heater overnight is not safe."
