"We paid a budget price so were not expecting luxury, however there were lots of very basic issues with the house. "Apart from a bed which creaked whenever I changed position, and the sink never holding water for long (which last problem I've had in 4* hotels), I have no complaints. The staff were fanastic - great local knowledge, friendly and helpful. Only NASA could get a 10/10 from me; if they ever start running hotels, they should consider hiring the staff here to train theirs. Would I consider staying here again? Absolutely!"

"it is a nice budget hotel close to the higway with confortable beds and breakfast included It can be an option if you do not want to spend to much money on hotel in center Barcelona. It is a little far from touristic area but only 20 min by express bus from the subway station center Barcelona. The bus stop is at 5 min walking. "Denied check-in for 4 people when there was a double sofa bed & king size bed. I've stayed in other hotels in Spain with the same arrangement and number of people with no issues. They left us stranded the day we arrived for our two week trip with no choice but to book new accomodations somewhere else last minute that costed us thousands of dollars since they refused to refund us or offer any upgrades."

The rooms are garish - we had two separate rooms both were missing supplies like a bathrobe, toiletries and ample towels.
