"Overall nice hotell, the property does have some downside when the weather isn't optimal. When it rained there were many windows leaking and it was wet inside several places. The cleaning was good, the staff friendly and were doing their best but the hotel should improve on this. Overall also more senior guests so having wet floors could increase these guests slipping. "

"Been here several times. The rooms are a good size and we got the room we asked for. Downsides breakfast always the same and very boring. The WiFi is terrible wherever you are in the hotel. "

"Good: room, staff, food, location, drinks, spa massage/facial treatments, ping pong Not good: no plug for the bath so couldn't use it (sink one did not fit), Spa area was awful - the only thing that worked was the steam room, it was the main reason i booked. The sauna was too cold, the ice machine was broken, the indoor whirlpool couldn't be heated up, Outdoor whirlpool only worked on my first day and did not work again and i reported it twice - again a major reason i booked the hotel. There was another whirlpool but only available to certain black band guests - but given you couldn't sort the common area one you could have offered this to everyone. "We had a really great stay. Staff were friendly, apartments were spacious and comfy and nice facilities on site. Would definitely recommend the flamenco, and absolutely amazing guitarist! Prices are very decent at the local Spar shop, nice restaurants and bars close by. And the beach is also nice and close"
