Muchas Gracias !"

"Great location, lots of restaurants and shops in close walking distance. About a 5/10 min walk to the promenade. Our room was great, the bed was comfortable. Staff lovely and booked a trip for us. We enjoyed the breakfast. Ideal to grab a quick bite before you head out. There was an occasional smelly drain in our bathroom but nothing that bad. Would stay here again."

"Lovely hotel, right on the Rambla. Beautiful views. Near all kinds of fun and interesting places to explore. Would gladly return!"

"Perfect"

"Café da manhã bem simples."

"Excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and a shopping mall. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend it."

"Great room, comfortable and clean. The air conditioning and heat both work, and work well, which after my last hotel in Montevideo I don't take for granted. The staff were genuinely helpful every time I needed something, and the breakfast was perfect. I'd stay here again without thinking twice. Great location too."

The manager told me the hotel has no AC this time of year, only heat, and handed me a plastic fan. The TV was no better. The remote's batteries were dead and the channel box didn't work either. When I asked the front desk for batteries, they told me I'd have to wait for maintenance in the morning. Batteries. I gave up. When I went to Expedia about the AC, the hotel told them they did...

"Good location, nice and new, good room space, very helpful staff (Leonardo), nice to have buffet breakfast included (offered several options of food including fresh fruit). Our only issue was not being able to bypass the set room temperature to be a little colder for us at night.."

"Exelente !!!!!!!!"

"Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Very nice people. Breakfast was great! My only complaint was the tub. It was a bit high for me but super clean."

"The location is good and it's a charming building inside. The rooms are colorful and pleasantly decorated. Do keep in mind there are winding staircases to get to the rooms. It could be two if you're on the upper floor. Bathrooms were problematic--they were having problems with the water heater and on our last day we were partly without water. Hopefully fixed by now. There is someone at the reception desk only from 8 lam to 2 pm. The rest of the time you're on your own. It was fine for a...
