"This hotel has great staff! We were in town for my daughter's graduation from RPI and the hotel decorates their lobby for their graduation. Staff members like Hunter and the wonderful female bartender (who suggested the honey hot wings with green goddess sauce) went above and beyond during our stay. Truly making us feel so comfortable and doing everything to make my daughter's graduation special. With that being said at the end of our stay I think they had hired a new person to work the...

"Nice room set up! Our room had a little smell but amazing staff, so many channels and food was great downstairs, smoking bench was lovely! shower water pressure was not good though"

"First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when...

"The bathroom is very small and old the ceiling was hanging. The doors were not very clean, very noisy at night. If your room is pool side people partying till 3:30 in the morning. The smell of marijuana through out the hallways."

"The pictures are deceiving. The non-smoking room I reserved smelled as though someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. I was moved to another room, but although it appeared somewhat clean, the linens had an unpleasant odor as well. Overall, the property is dirty and poorly maintained — more like a roadside motel than what was advertised. I would not stay here again."

"The hotel was disgusting. Not clean .. stained linens, ripped bed skirts, cigarette holes in the blanket. The hotel smelled. There are tiles ripped out of the ceiling in the hallway and mold next to it. The fitness room wasn’t allowed to be used and there was no continental breakfast. They tried to hand me a paper bag with unknown what it it. The hotel houses the homeless that run around the entire night and yell with no regard to paying guests. Never ever again. "We loved our stay here, even for just one night. Very convenient to restaurants and interstate access, very quiet at night . We will definitely be staying here again in the future !"
