"Our multiple night stay was excellent! The staff was welcoming and very helpful! If we could, we would give staff member EJ ten stars!! He was awesome! He gave us helpful tips navigating DC, gave us a list of places to eat; was just overall helpful and patient with our questions. The hotel was very clean and pleasant overall. It was a short drive from DC, yet just far enough. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!"

"The sofa bed is so worn and very uncomfortable. Needed towels, asked the front desk clerk at 8am, she said had to wait until 8:30…..asked again at 9:30, she said not ready they will bring to the room…..checked out at 10:30 and still did not receive the towels. The front desk clerk was somewhat rude when I asked for change to use the washer and dryer….said you can try across the street. The breakfast staff was very polite and friendly. "

"Stay was fine overall. They put my two dogs and I in an end room close to a stairway. An honestly great touch because I was able to take them in and out easily without interfering with the main lobby traffic. Rates were good, room was clean. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was nothing warm, and no protein at all except cold hard boiled eggs. Not even powdered scrambled eggs. Maybe that's fine for most, but I find cheap carbs to be the worst thing you can have for breakfast. I could have written it off if they had the standard hotel waffle maker, but none of those either. It's really the bare minimum to legally be allowed to call it breakfast."

"I had a terrible experience. Check in took forever. My room was double booked, while we were in the room, someone else ( a different guest) walked in my room. Apparently, the front desk gave them our room, while we had just arrived not even 20 minutes after. Later, we left to get dinner, we tried to go in our room and our keys didn’t work. Nice Hotel overall, but i personally had a terrible experience. Oh…and room service knocked at our door way too early asking if we needed service."

"The room had a bad smell and water was coming up from the bathroom floor. Not from pipes under the sink. The bar soap had been used and put back in the box."

"Small exercise room. Rooms were good and was convenient."

"Clean room with a great bed. The lobby looked very nice and the staff was great. My only issue was that someone knocked on the door at 1030 and we told them we were still there. Around 11 they started vacuuming right outside our door. Check out wasn't until 12. "
