"This is easily one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Firstly the check in information arrived significantly later than it was supposed to after I had to chase the host. "The place is very nice. Our room was comfy and clean. It had a mini fridge and a microwave. Location is great, it’s short distance from FLL airport and the Cruise terminals. "Kitchen was the only good thing about this property. Pictures are misleading. Found out two days into our stay by a flyer posted by the Florida health department that the pool was closed due to the fact it may endanger the health or welfare of persons entering the pool. They left a number and we called and found out their pool permit had been expired for three months and there were absolutely no chemicals in the pool!! Would not recommend."

"I've been to plenty Tru by Hilton hotels for years and this is the worst. When I first walk in the room the bathroom had a half roll of toilet paper not to mention the toilet was clogged up before I could even use and not enough towels for me and my partner. Rooms were not properly clean and barely could get the TV to work. Valet was taking 20-30 mins to park and retrieve my car. The next time I'm in town I will be finding elsewhere and I could barely get the help from the desk."
