"I tried to use their airport shuttle and no one answered when I called the hotel or used the airport call box, so I took a taxi. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk or anywhere for 40 minutes. I just sat in the lobby after 24 hours of travel, exhausted, and they didn’t even apologize for making me wait."

"Great location for the airport, 10-15 mins walk or there is a free shuttle (I preferred the walk). Comfy bed but basic room, they’ve fitted an extension lead to make the plug closer to the bed. Shower very slippery, could do with a mat. Swimming pool looked nice but didn’t use.
Not sure what happened but think there was a mix up with my room? Woke up to a phone call and a knock on the door and asked for my name? Got a bit lost in translation."
