"VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE STAFF: rooms 512 and 514 below pool were noisy during day. dust mites or other insect caused bites so moved to 4th floor room and no further problems. management assured me old room would be thoroghly cleaned. very nice breakfast included. menu reasonably priced. staff friendly and helpful. travel package servuces reasonably priced and very helpful. cleaning crew abundant and helpful."

"Property is nice but rooms need upgrade. Bathroom especially needs better plumbing. This is max 3 star hotel, nothing is 5 stars about it. It’s away from the lake and in the main commercial area where locals are mostly so stay near the lake if you come as a tourist. They need to focus on making more Nepali breakfast items because they don’t make good Indian breakfast."
