"The rooftop pool had amazing views of the city, stocked towels and plenty of loungers. The room was way bigger than expected, had two smart TVs, clean and a big private balcony where we could hear the street music. The buffet was fully stocked with fruits, veg, pastries AND even had crispy bacon. My son called it five stars. We all enjoyed our time here."

It's ideal for getting to a lot of places on the island but staying very convenient to Ponta Delgada and the many restaurants there in the evening. We went out on excursions every day, and many tour operators picked us up directly at the hotel. The hotel is a bit dated, frayed towels, bathroom needed maintenance and mirror needed a good cleaning. That said the Jr. suite had everything we needed for the week, so it worked for us."

"Wonderful location on the Ponta Delgada waterfront, with a small balcony. Our room was immaculate and spacious. Bathroom was very good. The parking situation has some problems. There is parking in a garage under the hotel for a reasonable fee, but only the upper level is connected by elevator to the hotel. The lower level has a separate entrance and difficult foot access. Parking spaces on both levels are too narrow."
