"Room was clean but the beds were small Full sizes , the bathroom was supposed to be handicap accessible, but it was small ,and the toilet was low to the ground, barely any hand rails.... Also the rugs had black duck tape on them and the elevators eere ragedy"

"Everyone was great! Food was amazing service was amazing. The hotel room was a little bit dirty when we got there and hotel guests were leaving trash outside their hotel room. We had to request house keeping before we even put our bags in the room. BUT that is not my main issue with the property! They do not let you connect to the HDMI plug ins on the TV and that should be stated somewhere. It’s 2026 if you want to watch Netflix on ur Roku, or watch YouTube videos you can’t. And if the hotel wasn’t so big and nice that would’ve ruined the entire trip for us. They should allow you to connect to the HDMI on the TV… nobody watches cable in 2026 like that’s was really the worst part. Other than that everything else was great"

">>>WARNING<<< The Executive Oceanfront Room had a deep scratch across the wooden living room floor, and when I reported it, the front desk would not move us to a better room. That was already disappointing, but the checkout experience made it worse. I politely asked for just 30 extra minutes because my wife was dealing with a stomach issue and needed time for a personal matter. The clerk refused and responded very dismissively. For a property that accepts families and children, a little understanding would go a long way. Instead, the service felt cold and unhelpful, and the stay did not live up to expectations. I held back beautiful photos that could of help the Showboat's Reviews but due to the problems I encountered They don't disserve it. Dissatisfy Customer, FFJR"

"We always stay at the Trop when we go to AC due to all the amenities. We stayed in the newly remodeled tower, very clean and updated. "

"The borgata casino was beautiful. We are not used to having smoking sections so that was something we had to get used to. We like to play video poker and the machines were old and some of the buttons did not work, that was frustrating. We ventured out to the board walk the following day and had better luck in those casinos. The borgata pool was relaxing and beautiful. We really liked that."
