"The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it "

"At this price point, Hotel Grand, in Samakov, is excellent value. The owner, Stanislav, was very helpful and gave us great service. The room was fine, the restaurant was fine, the bar was fine. "A good location surrounded by beautiful scenery and a clean hotel. We generally enjoyed our stay, the included breakfast was good with the buffet refreshed frequently. Dinner was overpriced for the local market and several mistakes were made on our order. Other than this we were satisfied with our stay."

"Came for an Energy conference and only stayed one night. Got an unexpected free upgrade and breakfast and a gorgeous modern corner room. The hotel has a gym and a pool however if you plan to swim (like I did) you need a swimming cap and entrance is 20 eur extra. Staff were all great very helpful and best thing: no waiting times at checkin or checkout."
