"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"The location was fantastic, so close to the water. The apartment was clean, had everything we could have needed for a short break, perfect for our family."

"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"A perfect rural location, close to the beaches and Falmouth.
Ideal for Children and Grandparents.
The hot tub was secluded and ideal for star gazing.

"Such a lovely little holiday home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Teg is literally in the middle of nowhere, blink and you’ll miss the turning so make sure you read your email directions. We didn’t! We followed the sites postcode directions which aren’t specific enough.
The accommodation is so quaint, lots of lovely blues and Cornish ware China, everything you need to make a cup of tea and coffee and toast and the hosts very kindly left us a cream tea to enjoy when we arrived.

"The photos don't do this place justice. It has absolutely everything you need, and more! It most definitely has a luxurious feel to it. I loved the bathroom. The cottage os much bigger than it looks in the photos, so much room! "

"A 15min walk from the station, we were able to drop our bags ahead of check in and explore St Ives for the day before returning by train to check in after 4pm. Beds were comfy & clean. Furniture arranged slightly haphazardly but safely. We missed a bar of soap but had gel, shampoo & conditioner in small screw top jars. Breakfast was good but understaffed. Many people waited longer than expected for service and the staff were working hard.
We would return."
"Had a great stay the hotel is full of character and history. Yes the rooms are dated, that’s what I would expect from such a lovely old hotel. Staff are amazing well trained, polite and attentive.
Spa facilities are very good.
Hotel is clean, and food of a high quantity
Only down site, the lift was out of order all week. Management needs to prioritise this situation with some urgency. Without the lift working there are up to four floors of steps to climb (93 I think)
I would advise you to check if the lift is working before you book."
"Great location to walk through woodland to reach the town. Breakfast had lots of options and was surprised by the amount of people there given we didnt hear anyone else while in our room."
"Hotel is lovely , staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast? Saturday morning breakfast between 7.30-9.30 am, which is fine , only when we came in to have breakfast the wait was five minutes to be seated , no hot water no coffee , then told they were clearing the buffet away in 5 minutes people were still coming in for breakfast at the dead line 9.30 am , but they were packing away the food ??? Usually 9.30 or the time your told is the latest to be seated not they pack up the food ???? Never come across this anywhere before . So what guests should be told is there is no breakfast after 9.30 so don’t bothered coming in at 9.30 am . Very disappointing."
"Excellent hotel about 10-15 walk from city centre. Very spacious room. Historic building with a former chapel at the front entrance. I can imagine it makes a great wedding venue."
