"Our room was very nice. We had a great view of the falls. The rooms are pretty quiet. I could hear people walking by in the hall but I did not hear the neighbours. The staff were great, accommodating and friendly. We had the breakfast buffet at Milestones. It was very nice. There was a good selection and the servers were great!"

"Although I selected the “reserve now, pay at the property” option, my card was charged on the morning of my stay before the check in time at the hotel. Therefore, I would advise anyone planning to pay with a different card than the one used for the reservation to be cautious, as charges may still be processed on the original card provided at booking. The hotel also did not offer on-site parking, so we had to use an alternative parking arrangement provided by the hotel and pay an additional $43.51 for parking. However, at checkout, instead of seeing the $43.51 parking charge reflected on my card, I noticed a charge of $200.32 instead. It was concerning that the staff was unable to identify the charge on their end, even after I showed the transactions appearing on my banking platform (the room charge, the security deposit, and the expected parking charge, but instead there was an unexpected charge of $200.32) The staff member eventually confirmed that the transaction code matched the security deposit code that could explain the charge. The issue remains unresolved. Overall, the experience was not pleasant from the moment we checked in. The welcome felt insincere, and one of the elevators was out of service. No one informed us at the lobby, so we carried our luggage all the way there only to find a note posted on the elevator. "

"Daily breakfast was ok. Room 127 (Suite) was terrible. Bedspreads had cigarette burns. Room smelled of Urine. Entry door had huge gap allowing cold air to enter. Black mold in bathroom. Front exterior had sparrow poop on windowsills due to nesting in roof area. Sink in bathroom faucet dripped. Microwave missing glass turntable. Stovetop severely stained.. Table in main bedroom area had floppy legs. Parking was fine. No handrail in bathtub. Dark red room rug was filthy and had marks in several spots. Gum? Linen service was terrible. Only 1 facecloth, no hand towels. Room was not noisy and property seemed quiet."

"Accessible to and from any point, specially the Falls. In a very nice area, lots of places to eat, even a grocery store within walking distance. Even has a Tim Horton right in front of it. Nice sized rooms with AC/Heater and comfy beds. Safe area, never felt in danger. Friendly staff. Yes, it needs a little love to improve the buildings, if/when they do it'll definitely attract more customers. There is A LOT to see, so if you're on a budget and don't want to spend a lot of money in a place you'll just be crashing in to leave your luggage, get a hot shower and sleep, this is the place. If you want a fancy, Instagram-able place, this isn't for you."

"Elevators took an unusually long time every day, which made getting around frustrating. The pedestrian bridge to the falls from the back of the property was closed for the entire stay, which was a big inconvenience. I originally booked when it was Embassy Suites, but it has since transitioned to Hyatt and there was quite a bit of construction going on that impacted the overall experience. Breakfast was underwhelming compared to past stays, with very limited portions and options. On top of that, the additional fees felt excessive. I understand HST is required, but the other charges seemed more like add-ons rather than value, and parking was especially expensive. On the positive side, the room itself was clean, modern, and had a usable fridge. The view was still great, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and pleasant. Overall, this stay didn’t meet expectations based on my previous visits, which is disappointing. I would hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers making it right."
