Gomila Palma Apartments - New Opening

8/10 Good

"Room was large (double bed with kitchen and balcony) and clean. The toilet was kind-of broken, but it still worked and despite some minor fixing needed around the shower, was a good size bathroom. The shower temperature would go from hot to warm to tepid to boiling back to hot. Not a problem as an adult (a little annoying), but if you are bathing children it could be dangerous with how hot the water would get randomly. The A/C worked great and you have control over it in your room with a wall thermostat. The balcony and large window you could open was great. Having a kitchen with microwave and fridge and dishes was great. I didn’t use the cooktop, but there was a pot supplied in the cupboard. There is no smoke detector in the room which is dangerous. There is an elevator in the building, but you have to take 2 steps (more for building on left) to get to it. The entrance was a little confusing to get to, as there is a sign over the courtyard you walk into and then no more signs. The reception desk is in the building on the right (unmarked glass door), but there are 2 buildings. Pool was on roof of building to the left, it was small and only a ladder to get in and out. There are lots of restaurants at the bottom of the building and a supermarket just down the street and a taxi rank at the corner street. The biggest issue is the noise; you can hear everything outside your door and music from restaurants is extremely LOUD at all hours. Bring ear plugs to sleep. I would stay again"

Terreno Barrio Hotel - New Opening 2026

"From the moment we landed, Carlos at Hotel Terreno, exceeded our expectations. He is the example of what Hospitality and courtesy should reflect. They are lucky to have him! This property is exceptional, offering a very unique and welcoming environment. Breakfast on the outdoor patio was sensational. The rooms are well appointed, and the motorized/folding balcony window was pretty freaking cool! We did not have time to use spa, but our in-room shower felt like a spa all on its own. The dual showerheads and the shower products smell divine! Wish I had some to bring home with me. Location is exactly where you want to be. Easy street parking and taxis hailed right outside the reception area. You do not need a car while you are staying in this area. Hotel Terreno is perfect for business, weddings, solo or romantic. This property thought of every little detail! Due to our last-minute booking, we were not able to stay for the duration of our trip, however, the two nights spent there will have us return again, next year!"

"Staff were so helpfully! Good breakfast buffets, Belen and Lena were on top of everything to make sure breakfast runs smoothly. It’s a beachfront property with many restaurants and bars around. Bus to the city are around the corner. They let us stay on the pool/beach after check out and they have a courtesy room for guests to shower if needed after check out. Will definitely recommend this hotel."

"We had a triple room for a girls weekend away, lovely clean spacious room. Comfy beds, great shower and a proper hair dryer. Staff were friendly and efficient and we had a lovely stay. It’s a good location, taxi rank outside the hotel bus stop at the bottom of the hill or a walk into the city along the port. Ideal location for what we wanted. Highly recommended"

"Hotel and room was lovely and clean, our triple room not pool/sea view was spacious for 3 adults. Breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. Pool was clean and the terrace overlooking the marina was lovely for a drink in the evenings. Staff were polite and friendly. Life guard was helpful and always asking if we wanted anything? Buses to centre of Palma were cheap and regular. I would recommend to couples or friends and would return."
