When we arrived, we found used towels left in the bathroom, which made us question the cleanliness of the room. This was not the standard we expected. I hope the management improves their housekeeping to ensure a better experience for future guests."

"The entrance is awkward for the handicapped as the button to press isn't close to the doors and there aren't any sliding doors, just a single door opens. The rooms are comfortable, quiet with black-out curtains but no microwave and the lighting is VERY dim! The reading lights next to the bed didn't work and the lamps need to be upgraded with bright LED bulbs!!! The bathroom needs more cleaning attention, I don't have black hair but when I see it all over the shower walls and floor - it's disgusting!!!"
