"This place advertises itself as a "luxury" accommodation but it was far from that. Check in was a disaster, and it only got worse. "This hotel was perfect for a little getaway with the kids. Room was stunning and amenities provided were great - we especially loved the nice touch of a little gift for the kids on our beds when we arrived. The kids loved the pool. Staff were all super friendly and helpful.

"I had a nice and comfortable stay at Sorrento Motel Victoria. The room was spacious and very clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which made it really enjoyable.
The reception staff were friendly, and check‑in was quick and straightforward.
The free parking right outside the property was very convenient and made the stay hassle‑free.
