"Lovely house in a great location. Peaceful and relaxing with plenty of space. Garden and covered hot tub are a great added feature. Kitchen is a good size and well equipped featuring a range cooker that made it easy to serve 7. The dining area is perfect for a group with 2 large tables. The house is cosy and warm. "The property was great for my family of 4. Walkable to all abersoch has to offer. Our only issue was the unseasonably hot weather for which the house is not prepared. The upstairs really cooks. It’s hard to mark down the quality of the accommodations but, given the increasing frequency and magnitude of hot days, it would have helped to have a couple of fans on hand. "

The owners live on site and were very friendly & welcoming.
The facilities were wonderful from the swimming pool to the games room. Set in the beautiful Welsh countryside with stunning views."

"A very attractive house in a quiet location away from it all with superb views down to the sea. Very well equipped property with everything we could have wanted for cooking meals etc. The hot water supply was not wholly reliable and requires some maintenance. Also there was a risk of injury from protruding carpet grippers on the stairs which caused scratches to bare feet. Overall, a good place to spend a holiday."

Only on our way to our property were we informed, by text, that the main form of heating is a log burner - and it was our responsibility to buy logs! The central heating was controlled only by the owner, remotely via an app, so we had no way of turning on, off or up the radiators.
