"A flashback to the heyday of Americana, the Motel concept. While staying here for the second time in as many years I have noted that our European friends stay here to a get the vibe of all the American movies they have seen from that era. Great community family-friendly; after-all it is where Welches grape juice is made. Plus awesome Italian food is located downtown."

"This facility should take the opportunity to improve the maintenance and update the amenities. I can understand that this is an old building and I’m perfectly OK with no elevator; but along with no microwave in the room is just very inconvenient. There is only one microwave in the breakfast area, fortunately, the hotel is not busy, so there is hardly a line or wait except in the morning during breakfast. The amenities are clearly “tired” in their appearance, a face lift should happen soon, but...

"Hideaway Bay is a great little spot. We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage itself was very clean and nice. The beach is quite rocky so you need shoes to walk around and for the water (especially for little kids). It was great to have access to loungers and umbrellas. The beach bar was delivered food and drinks right to you on the beach, I would suggest putting side tables with the beach furniture so people have a place to put their drink down. The fire at night was lovely, everyone gathered...
