"Check in was easy, front desk staff very pleasant and the room (small suite) was spacious and I really liked the walk in shower. Vouchers were provided towards the dining room - and the breakfast buffet was a good variety of hot and cold items. Severs/staff in the restaurant were also pleasant. One area that needs improvement is the airport shuttle. The hotel should tell guests flying into Reagan exactly where to meet the driver (what door). I had to call the hotel for this information - when...
