"We only stayed for 1 night with our dogs, the grounds of the hotel are stunning with lovely views. We were only given 1 bottle of water for our room, when booking I was advised the additional supplement for pets would ensure plenty water in the room, this was not the case but we had plenty with us anyway so didn't see the point in mentioning it. "It’s ok. Convenient for a morning departure. Basic room. Needs updating. Aircon barely worked but I know aircon isn’t really a thing in the UK. But it was fine. I should have stayed in the city and got up a bit earlier to get to the airport which takes no time really."

"After finally being allocated a room, the room was stiflingly hot as this was the hottest May on record, and the in room AC did not work. As such we had to open the window later that evening when the outside temperature had dropped low enough, but were then unable to get any sleep as the hotel backs on to a railway station, and we had to listen to trains arriving and departing probably every 10 mins or so until about midnight. We were leaving the hotel at 3:30am and so had not sleep at all."

"The parking was very good then we was taken to our room by a very friendly lady the room was spacious, fresh, very clean, and pleasing to the eye. The bed was very comfortable and big which we liked, the food is excellent and a good choice. We was very happy with this stay and we would be very pleased to return to this beautiful property again soon."

"The staff were very welcoming even when we arrived very late (23:50) somewhat wet and bedraggled after a horrendous drive in the rain up the M6. We were met with an understanding smile and given clear directions to our room. The room was clean and warm with a comfortable bed. The room overall was a little tired.
