They messaged us when room was ready (before check in time) Location was close to restaurants and many popular places. "The hotel is next to the Crystal Palace, with nice views on the river. It is very near to the city centre with bus, or even walking. The lady in the reception is exretemly helpful. The only downside is that the toilet is not obsecure, curtains need to be considered. "

"The apartment was spacious with a large-sized and comfortable bed, settee and kitchen area with a decent amount of utensils, a microwave and coffee machine but oddly no toaster (perhaps due to h&s).. It was very clean with air con which I didn't need to use. It is centrally located and convenient for bus and metro. Didn't take breakfast which was €10. I would stay here again without any hesitation. "

Till centrala metrostationen Trindade är det knappt mer än 10-15 minuters fotväg. Incheckningsinstuktionerna var tydliga och allt fungerade väl. När jag checkade in visade det sig att AC inte fungerade. Var lätt att komma i kontakt med kundservice. Tyvärr lyckades man inte skicka någon innan helgen, men...
