All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. "Staff were really friendly, breakfast had a good spread of eggs, bacon, cerial, pasteries, coffee and juice was also available. The views are incredible and there is a little town about a 5 min walk from the hotel which has a few bars and restaurants."
