"I stayed at this hotell for two weeks. The emenities were feasable.My hotel door had closing problems {twice), a chair broke on me while sitting, they did'nt supply any tioletries. What was one of the most disturbing things about my stay was the front desk perrsonel....Ms. Diana. I believe in good customer service, and she lacks the grace and style to be the first face you see entering the hotel.
