"The staff has no courteousy whatsoever and the bed was absolutely uncomfortable and the bed sheet was not clean at all. They even haven't heard about empathy and far away from providing customer service. All they look for is your $$ Again this my opinion and you can give a try and stay and see how awful they are"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful and we loved the relaxed atmosphere at the hostel. Everyone got on really well and there was plenty to do. Loved eating breakfast on the terrace, watching the ocean. We stayed in the garden rooms and they were nice and quiet."

"O checkin foi feito de forma automática, até pq chegamos fora de horas, tendo como surpresa negativa um quarto sem casa de banho, quando na descrição escrita e nas fotos, parecia constar; o que sugiro reverem a forma que apresentam as acomodações. Superada essa questão; o atendimento prestado pela funcionária que estava no pequeno almoço, foi muito positivo, pela cordialidade e eficiência. "Wij hebben genoten van dit pareltje. Heel mooi, groot pand, hoge plafonds. Grote kamer. Een gemeenschappelijke keuken en terrasje met citroenboompje. Heel erg aardig en behulpzaam personeel! En het centrum is prima aan te lopen. Parkeerplekken voor de deur, van 8.00-20 uur betaald parkeren. Maar er zijn ook gratis plekken te vinden. Helemaal leuk hier!"
