"Upon arrival, the staff were so friendly and the hotel clean and cute. The lobby area has beautiful art and it’s very inviting. The room was clean and had a working fridge and iron. There was no microwave (for those needing one). My room didn’t have a jacuzzi tub but the shower was amazing! The staff at checkout was super friendly. This hotel is only a few miles away from Foxwoods Casino. We didn’t get a chance to utilize the shuttle but they have one that makes frequent trips back and forth throughout the day and I believe it stops around midnight. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay. It’s was a wonderful experience."

"Somehow I missed that they did not have a fridge or coffeemaker. When we went to breakfast it was mostly gone and no one was around refilling it, so we waited and then ended up going elsewhere and paying for breakfast. The blinds did not close all the way and our room faced street lights so our room lit up all night. Pillows were good but bed was hard unfortunately. I have a broken foot and when they asked what floor we wanted we said the third so as we didn't hear feet above us as we tried to sleep and they gave us the furthest room away from the elevator. Kind of weird, and didn't even mention that there was a stairwell on that further end of the building that we could have driven to to go up instead of walking three long hallways with all of our stuff. We had hoped to use the shuttle to Moheghan, but when we got there there was sign that it was only friday and saturday (we were there on a thursday). I was disappointed as it didn't say that on their website just that a shuttle was available. So we ended up paying for Uber both ways. If I had known ahead of time I would have planned different. The shuttle was a big draw and the closeness to the casino. Not sure we will stay there again. I'm not sure if all Microtel's are like this (no fridge, no coffeemaker, etc...) but that's also a drawback."

"The breakfast was good. The heater in the room made a lot of noise and smelled. Otherwise it was close to Foxwoods. No pool which we were looking forward to but didn't really check into it when we booked it"

"Mom and I were not HAPPY!! We couldn’t catch the shuttle so we missed are show at Foxwoods and then the TV would go on and off every so often and there was nothing in the room tissues, cups, liner for ice bucket, stains on sheets. Not good at all and they told us we could get our money back but we had to go through where we purchased the room. Still not HAPPY!!!"

"The check in was simple, entire hotel was clean. check in was 4pm. check out 11am. The hotel offers plenty of free parking. Its a very reasonable price to stay near the Mohegan Sun casino. Its only a 4min drive there. They also offer free breakfast and the breakfast was pretty good. Hot and cold items, replenished quickly. We checked out Saturday so the breakfast was until 11am. There is a pool but i didn't stay long enough to use it. In addition to all of that, this hotel is conveniently across from a supermarket, near by a gas station and a 7/11 down the road. It was a very peaceful stay."
