"The location was pretty central to most things, with shopping and the tram network within walking distance. Breakfast was quite good; however, the hotel was extremely busy during our stay. There were many young boys staying with their dads, and they tended to take over the common areas. This also made using the lifts frustrating, as they were often full and involved long wait times. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing."
