"Beautiful structure that needs better maintaining. Hear next door guests conversations. No water in morning coffee/ toast area. Last morning stay had no plates, spoons etc. Donna is an excellent and most helpful employee. Recommend they invest in the cleaning service doing a deep clean in corners of floors, walls etc. great location."

"This property was a horrendous place. Why would Expedia even allow this property on their system. I have been using this service for several years and I’m completely shocked they would even consider listing this place. When we arrived to the property with the gravel parking lot which is no big deal but there were people cooking on a fire on the ground. Not great but I understand trying to be economical. I stopped at the office and when I went inside the office was a complete wreck no one was there and the counter was covered in old receipts and other papers piled up and it was just badly cluttered. A young man came to the door and ask if I had a reservation. I said yrs he ask me to step outside and wait while he called is boss on a cell phone that the screen was so cracked he couldn’t see who he was dialing. I had a great deal of trouble understanding when talked. Because I have a very high level of sensitivity to tobacco smoke I had trouble standing close enough to him to carry on a conversation. After talking with Alice we decided to go somewhere else. The property did not look or feel safe. I had hoped to get a refund but I’m sure I will not. "

"The TV Remote did not work. When turning on the shower on, the shower head had water shoot out of the connection from the hose to the shower head."

"Everything was great except the tv. Need more channel options and or better reception for it bc it glitched a lot and screen went out and came back on a few times. "

"Breakfast was not a buffet - just a glorified continental with a waffle maker. The door locks didn’t work and had to be replaced (still didn’t work with the card keys even after it was replaced). The shower leaked the entire time we were there. Location was near a train track so don’t expect much sleep without earplugs. The walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors using the restroom often. And the bed frame sounded like a file cabinet when you rolled over. There were light blocking blinds but the light went around them so bring a sleep mask. On the plus side, the AC worked, the staff was mostly helpful, and the mini-fridge was quite good. Overall, the location was not the best and it felt quite run-down for a “quality inn”. Despite the cheaper price, I would not recommend this over a motel 6 or equivalent."
