"I didn't expect much from this hotel other than being close to the airport and clean. The check-in clerk was super insistent that it was a non-smoking room, but as soon as we went in our room it smelled like someone had hot boxed a pack of Marlboros about 12 seconds before we got there. We were too tired to care so we opened a window and went to sleep. The next day I went to the front desk to ask for some air freshener for the room. "I had several interactions with staff and they were all great! Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, effective. The building is a basic motel. The rooms have vinyl wood floors and are very clean. I had two dogs with me and when I paid $175 extra it seemed maybe I should get something for that. But no dog bowls, no cookies, no poop bags.
