"I was only going to stay one night at this hotel, but upon arrival I decided to book another two nights. There is a starbucks adjacent to the hotel which made it convenient to grab a light breakfast. The dining areas are easy to walk to. I did not eat at their restaurant, but I did order a cappuccino from their lobby. The pool is beautiful, but I did not have the opportunity to use it. Staff was very friendly."

"The pool was great, staff was great, room was nice enough but very poorly serviced by staff. Had to ask for shampoo, soap, shower floor mat which was attended to promptly. On second day, floor mat & hand towel was taken by housekeeping but not replaced. But all in all, considering the price I won’t complain too loudly!!! Oh, water pressure in shower sucked 😂"

"Property was great and staff very accommodating. The pool bar food and drinks were delicious! Midtown Jalisco mall was the only thing close within walking distance. Other than that, there was not much close to enjoy within walking distance as far as shops or street vendors. Property was centrally located to Centro histórico, Tlaquepaque and about an hour from Tequila which are the places we visited. We’d most likely stay here again. "
