"Zum einen handelt es sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um eine Wohnung, die in vier Gästezimmer umgebaut wurde. Das ist grundsätzlich nichts Schlimmes, jedoch meiner Meinung nach erwähnenswert. Das eigentliche Problem liegt jedoch eher in der Sauberkeit, dem Zustand der Einrichtung und den angebotenen Leistungen. Laut Buchung über Expedia sollte das Frühstück inklusive sein. "Intero ambiente pessimo, senza riscaldamento. Stanza con materassi e biancheria ignobile, descritta di alta gamma nel sito. Bagni in comune due solamente per 7 stanze (di cui solo uno con doccia), condizioni igieniche discutibili nella totalità. Inoltre al momento della prenotazione online nessuno aveva citato di dover pagare 15€ di tasse di soggiorno A NOTTE per due persone... Nessuna cucina utilizzabile, solo un frigo che faceva ribrezzo solamente ad aprirlo e forse non funzionante...

"Parking is an issue if you are driving your car. Other than that it is a good place to be close to the action . Main city center is 10-15 mins walk . The owner serves breakfast herself and feeds you grandma style ! Options are limited but considering her age it is all worth it . Loved knowing more about her family. We had good stay here during our trip to Napoli ."

"Easy check-in and check-out, but the property was advertised as bed and breakfast, and there was no breakfast at all. The area was very busy, noisy and dirty. The building was very old with early 20 century ascenseur. On the first day, there was no internet or hot water, and the room was cold. As a result, my husband caught a severe cold. "Overall, this was a nice place to stay. The reason I docked it one star are because of things outside of the control of the hotel. The room itself was nice (though I wouldn't call it "luxury") and spacious. The bed was quite comfortable! There was a balcony which looked over a little side street. "I stayed in the balcony room and it was terrific. The view was great the room was cute. They were kind enough to bring me a mattress pad because the bed is firm. It's a short walk to the ruins with some good shops between. It's not fancy but it's very nice for a short stay ."

"Air conditioning failed in room overnight leaving family freezing. Blinds didn’t close properly so early wake up at dawn. Disappointing as otherwise it would be perfect accommodation for a cheap family short stay in Naples."
