"This was a super basic hotel. The location is convenient and an easy walk from the train station. It is also a close walk to the historic district where you’ll find lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. While we expected very basic accommodations for the price, there were some issues with our room that I need to flag: 2 of 3 windows did not open/were broken, there were missing fixtures and large holes in the drywall, and overall the furniture was quite flimsy. "This was a lovely stay secured right in the busy center of Naples. The room was lovely and safe with a beautiful balcony overlooking the busy city streets. Location was great and very walkable from the trains/ports/nightlife. Would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from Napoli Centrale Station. The staff at the check-in counter were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The female housekeeper was also extremely kind, and she especially took great care of us during breakfast. If I visit Naples again, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again."

"Nicely appointed rooms and a really good location close to the old town, port and transport hubs. Comfy beds and good size rooms. Bath in the bedroom is not to our personal taste but I know is very popular these days. The breakfast was good and there was a good quantity. You order it the night before as the breakfast room is v small. I think for longer stays you might struggle with the variety. Staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
