"Struttura in bella posizione , la camera mancava di frigorifero, attaccapanni rotto , specchio bagno rotto, armadietto piccollissimo con specchio rotto, l'unico mobile in legno era fatiscente, prese elettriche che vengono via insieme alle spine a riscio di prendere la corrente , inbiancatura nel bagno tutto tranne intorno alllo scaldabagno, cornici della porta che appena entrato mi e' caduta in testa , tutto documentato con fotografie . STRUTTURA DA EVITARE."

"Staff was incredibly helpful. David insisted on carrying our luggages up the stairs even when we tried to help. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. "They moved us 3 times because there was a broken elevator in the building. Only to put us in the ambassadors suite with bed bugs and ants. Then the manager or front desk attendant says she would like to comp me a drink at the bar!!! REALLY!!!! There are so many other nicer properties in Rome - look elsewhere and do your self a favor and save yourself the headache. On top of that, no one now replies or answers my calls on whatsapp or email to see what they would do to avoid this review from going...

"Pros - room was very clean! It was ready on time and fairly comfortable. Our room was on the quieter street so it was nice and quiet. It was handy to have a cafe downstairs. Cons - For a double occupancy only 1 towel was left and 1 facecloth for 2 ppl. Not sure if they expected us to share. Someone did come to bring more linens but didn't appreciate having to request an additional towel. There was no iron available to iron clothes. "Decent stay, rooms are cleaned regularly and included breakfast is a nice bonus. Power cut out twice and owner did not respond after being contacted. Good location as it’s close to the train but a slightly sketchy crowd hanging around and in front of the guesthouse."
