"We stayed one night there. Because our flight was very early next morning, the hotel’s shuttle bus really help. We took the 4:15am shuttle to PVG airport. Shuttle was very on time (arrive T1 at 4:40am) and the hotel front desk even prepared take away breakfast brown bags for us which was very thoughtful. Room was clean, stay was comfortable, check in was smooth and easy. All the staffs there are nice, courteous and very helpful. "

"Overall very good stay. Big room, clean, comfy, quiet and convenient. The only issue is the lighting controls in the room. It is difficult to use at first until you figure out what each mode does. I would recommend to the hotel to have a quick room lighting guide for the guests. This would have made it more enjoyable. It's the difference between a 9 to a 10 rating. "

"Very friendly front desk and staff. I forgot my iPhone charger, Mr Li (李夫民) walked to his car in heavy rain to find his personal charger to lend to me. Shuttle drivers are so nice. The room is very clean, very quiet, the bed is very comfortable. Besides the hotels it’s own cafeteria, there are a lot of other choices in walking distance. You can easily find 上海小吃 nearby. Thanks to everyone of the hotel, I felt coming home and welcome for this stay."
