I would recommend The Rock for lunch or cocktails and the Galapagos Deli for breakfast - their freshly baked bread is delicious. The Charles Darwin research centre is obviously worth a visit and is free!

"The rooms were very comfortable, the jacuzzi was a very nice surprise for us, the weather was a bit cold so we had a very good time there. It has a very convenient location you can walk to many places. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very kind."

We were a little disappointed with Puerto Ayora it is more commercialised that we thought. However we had a great time. Highlights - tortoises in Highlands, Seymour Norte and Las Grietas - oh and the street food at night.
