"The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon.
The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's.
However, would I return, possibly."

Location is amazing. Variety of food, seating areas, bars, pools, activities, terrific. Breakfast available from 6 til 10.30 and dinner over a 3 hour schedule to suit all plans. "
"This was our first time staying and we will definitely be returning. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff are very friendly. My wife has a peanut and nut allergy and they were very good and at making sure the kitchen were made aware of this and it was never an issue. The hotels facilities are exceptional and the is finished to a very high standard. This hotel deserves to be listed as a five star hotel not just a four star. "
"lava beach is an excellent resort. We throughly enjoyed our stay there last week. Thanks to Daniel and Christina for the very warm welcome, and to Laura for making sure everything was ok! The resort is clean, with beautifully manicured gardens. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was excellent; including the vegetarian options. The hotel is very near the beach, we walked there and hired a sun lounger for the day-the water is pristine! Overall, a fantastic stay- one small grumble- our AC...
"We travelled as a couple with a baby aged 10 months. Check in was relatively quick, we waited for two families in front of us but when it got to our turn things were sorted quickly. Front desk staff member i think called Hugo was very nice and explained everything clearly.
Our room was ground floor immediately as you come out of reception. The accommodation is split into apartment blocks. "
