The property was in a great location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The staff was nice but particularly appreciated Gumer. He gave us great recommendations of things to do. He was friendly and very accommodating. Made us feel like family. Oh and I also loved, loved the Cat Julio. I will be back just to see them both.

A peaceful oasis! We stayed in the Cocos room and were lucky to enjoy the sunset every evening from our terrace. The pool was gorgeous and we spend most of the afternoons lounging there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful landscape and artwork , I loved the pool and our suite was very charming. Hugely helpful was the 5 gallon water jug in the room. The staff was wonderful and arranged massages for us and a taxi to the airport. The restaurant was great as well! I would happily stay there again!

Great resort… our family loved it here. Super close to the beach. Pool is great, food is excellent. Staff is wonderful. Beds are a bit firm but we just like them softer…. Would stay again :) highly recommended for families! Our toddler had a great time.

An oasis in a bustling surf community

The team here has it dialed in. Excellent facility, thoughtfully appointed, an oasis as La Punta grows and changes. They had beach umbellas and towels for complimentary checkout, as well as an awesome am yoga class daily (ours was taught by Andy). Would stay again.

The property was great, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and for a great price. The A/C in the unit was great. The only detail is that our room had a strange (like humid rug) smell although it all was super clean.

Such a beautiful property! Eli was the young lady that helped me check-in. She gave me a great explanation about all the hotel amenities and what was nearby. The pool area was beautiful. Very relaxed vibe all around. They are a couple of blocks from the beach and lots of dining options. Excellent location. There are amazing food options a short cab ride away. However, they also have a small restaurant inside of the hotel that serves typical Mexican food. Portions were good, food was delicious, and it was fairly priced. Room was nice and well kept. I didn’t take advantage of yoga, but nice to see that they offer it. Appreciate that the pool was open until 10pm each night. Looking forward to visiting again!

The staff was friendly and accomodating. The pool is eco freindly and they do not use any chlorine which resulted in the pool being very slimmy on the bottom. Great location, with nice courtyard.

The staff were all warm and friendly and helpful. It felt like being part of a small community. There was a peaceful or restful ambiance. Loved the free morning yoga classes and they were held in a beautiful space so conducive to this type of class. Also enjoyed the mid day water aerobics classes which had a sense of bonhommie with the guests/participants. Our room was spacious, comfortable and colourful. Enjoyed yummy and healthy breakfast options. Overall, a sense of relaxation, like an oasis each time we opened the gate to the property. Beach a short easy walk nearby.
