We had some trouble with our original booking and the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and were fairly compensated for the issue. Location right across the lake was perfect. Would definitely come again! "

When we conveyed that we'd had no dinner the receptionist shared her dinner with us. That kind and generous gesture was certainly unexpected and absolutely delightful! ...
