If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"Amazing stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The property was absolutely amazing, and the room was the highlight of our stay. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and welcoming. We chose the room with a private pool, and it was definitely worth it. The rooftop was another highlight—the view was top-notch, and the rooftop pool was beautiful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Morelos.
