"It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. "Sitting on my balcony I overlooked all the beach chairs and beyond to the beach and Ocean. With the palm trees and the birds that landed and sang it was a great location. The first night was a little loud as my unit was next to the band stand/DJ. I just came to accept that. Cleaning staff did a good job and despite my deficiencies in Spanish the desk was most helpful."

"We spent a week here (family of 4 with 2 adult children). It was the most relaxing resort stay of my life and I can't say enough about the staff, location and smooth operation of the entire business! Our 2 rooms (one with ocean view) exceeded our expectations, as did the cleanliness, food and attentive but not overbearing service. The all-inclusive package was well worth it for us and the food was fresh, healthy and delicious. The 2 Mexican banquet buffets were fun with games and live music. The resort is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops on the port side of Puerto Morelos as well, making it an ideal location. Shout out to Eduardo in the Ro Marley restaurant and Noie in the spa for going above and beyond and also encouraging our Spanish language skills!"
