"Resorts is great! The staff are amazing. The staff’s are so nice, they will kill you with kindness. I must admit, i was overly surprised with how kind those people were. Every staff treat you with respect and love. "After many stays in different All-inclusives , this one exceeded expectations! We decided to upgrade to platinum for this vacation (we usually always stick with a standard room) but the platinum services here were WELL worth it. The beach area always had spots to relax with drink services, its own private pool, 24hour room service, air-conditioned lounge with snacks and a full bar, etc. We will definitely come back to Princess Riviera!"

"Grand Residences was well beyond our expectations, and definitely deserving of their 9.6 rating! Food was delicious at every meal, service was impeccable, and everything was top-notch clean. It’s definitely on the more relaxing and quiet end of resorts… Pool and bars outdoors close around 5 PM, but indoor lobby bar open until 10 PM, with 24-hr room service still available. Live music several evenings was wonderful!"
