"The ventus ha is absolutely gorgeous… the staff was very friendly. Out of the three resorts it’s the newer build and definitely feels newer the other resorts you have access too are also nice but not as nice as the ha.. this resort is quieter then the other two, they tend to be a lot more active so you get the best of all worlds since you have access to all three.. the shows at night were awesome… and the roof top bars at the ha were awesome. I would recommend this for families especially...

"Overall excellent. I do think the drinks can be better but the food was overall good for it to be all inclusive resort. I wish the quality of liquor was better, especially tequila with it being originally from Mexico. The cleanings were excellent and nothing was dirty. There is a very strong smell of the mangroves that is really gagging and hard to get used to. Those were only negatives but overall staff was nice, food was good, drinks overall ok, cleanness was good. "

"This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time in Mexico, we got lots of information about how the country works and the people. Lots of excursion options even during off season. Only complaint is about the seaweed smell which would have been nonexistent if we weren’t here during seaweed season."

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"Oom Bubble Boutique is gorgeous and unique. Despite our late evening arrival, we received a warm welcome from Gabriella and quick tour to get our bearings. The front desk were extremely responsive to our WhatsApp messages throughout our stay.
