The resort felt very safe and secure and there were lots of great service and entertainment. The food from the restaurants at the resort could be better and took a long time after ordering to come out. Room service took about 1 to almost 2 hours to arrive but otherwise it was a great experience.

Beautiful property and excellent, attentive staff. Food was good for an all inclusive but the appetizers in Agave we could not eat. We arrived very early at 10am and of course check in wasn’t until 3pm so we changed into swimsuits and asked to be informed when our room was available. By 3pm we still had not heard on our room and we were informed it was still not ready. It was 4pm by the time our room was ready and even after asking for a room near restaurants (because of new hip replacement) we were located at Spa 4 building, as far as you could possibly get. It was difficult to go back and forth to say the least. The day before we checked out we were called by front desk asking if they could move us closer to building 1 but by this point we were settled in and didn’t want to go through the trouble of moving. I was carrying extra clothes so I could easily change and not have to walk back and forth so much.
