Beautiful property. Clean room. However its a bit Overpriced for what you get. They tried to overcharge me for the "hotel fee" immediately upon check in. Costa Elegante Hotel & Suites
Fantastic location! Less than 5 minutes from everything (the beach, the malecón, Sam’s, Walmart, etc) 100% recommended. They don’t have restaurant yet but they are building it, in 6 months should be good to go. Manny’s is right across the street so, you can get all food you want there.
