"Muy hermoso lugar, todo limpio e higienizado. Para llegar es un poco complejo pues no te dan acceso por el parque de Santa fe en un principio y es necesario dar vueltas para llegar. El proceso del check-out fue pésimo, nosotros debíamos salir a las 6:00 AM y nos dijeron que hasta las 8 de la mañana no había una persona disponible para atendernos, en ese mal rato duramos bastante corriendo el riesgo de perder un vuelo, al final nos dejaron ir porque les dije que no me podían retener para yo esperar a que llegara la recepcionista ya con un tono molesta, se quedaron con mi deposito en efectivo debido a que no había nadie más que me lo pudiera entregar y para devolvérmelo me estaban cobrando 20 dólares para que el mensajero fuera a depositarlo. El personal que me asistió para salir del lugar estaba muy molesto, a un nivel que expresó que si le pedían ir a revisar la habitación en la que me quedé el no iba hacer eso."

"Everything was good but the only thing was food service was extremely bad we tried to order a pizza one night they said they would call use back for a total and never called use back. I end up calling couple times and kitchen never answered but either from there Everything was fabulous plus the pool right infront the patio door i give it a 💯 for that"

"Sosúa by the Sea is a hidden gem. The staff was amazing and the hotel is well kept. The rooms are rustic and the amenities are very nice. This is not an all-inclusive hotel so please note that you will have pay for your food, drinks and room safe. The views are breathtaking. My husband and I will be back next year."

"It was noisy at times a lot of street noise and guests slamming doors at odd hours throughout the day. The staff is excellent the room was clean and modern and the property is centrally located. I have stayed on many occasions and I will be back."

"El hotel es muy amplio, pero nos asignaron un área más privada y tranquila, lo cual nos encantó. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y organizada, con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Sin duda, lo mejor fue la vista al mar: bastaba con abrir la puerta del balcón para disfrutar de un paisaje espectacular. Además, a pocos pasos teníamos acceso directo a la playa y a la piscina infinita, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. La comida estuvo buena, dentro de lo esperado para un hotel todo incluido. Como observación, considero que deberían mejorar la señalización dentro del complejo, ya que en varias ocasiones nos perdimos tratando de llegar a los restaurantes. También pienso que el área de los shows nocturnos podría ser más entretenida, ya que las actividades resultaron poco interesantes. Fuera de esos detalles, tuvimos una excelente experiencia y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía."

"Me gusto mucho muy family . muy amable too el staff la picina grande y la playa Rica y bella. Los cuartos exelente. La comida 10 de 10 Lo unico que no me gusto ni me parecio justo y nunca me paso antes fue q en el cuarto en la nevera no dejaron nada ni un refresquito de 20 pesos. Para mi eso no estuvo bien para un todo incluido. Fui a un hotel de la misma categoria y diariamen me llenavan la nevera. Con cerveza precidente y refresh. Ojala women eso en consideration ya que si alguien a media noche se pone mal no tener nada para tomar es muy malo. Esto me paso alguien se puso Mal y no tenia nada para dar. Gracias"

"The property is great. The room came with a free breakfast each morning. The staff was very accommodating and let me have a late check out. The on-site restaurant is one of the best in that area. The location is perfect. You are maybe a 10min walk to the Sousa Beach and 5min walk to Alicia. The AC in the rooms keep you nice and cool throughout your stay. I will definitely book again and again."
